Access Services: Each district has a van for transporting seniors to the senior meal centers and senior center activities and for delivering meals to home bound clients.

Information and Assistance: Each district has an Elder Assistant whose function includes information giving, service referral, client advocacy, and providing appropriate resources to eligible clientele.

Chore Services: Each district has handyman services that includes wood chopping, stacking, and carrying in, yard work, and snow removal of walkways.

Family Caregiver Support: Provides information, assistance, support groups, caregiver training, respite care, and supplemental services to unpaid family members who are caring for their loved ones or other unpaid caregivers.

Kinship Caregiver Support: Provides financial assistance to individuals who are raising a grandchild or other relative’s child or children and find themselves in need of emergency funding to be able to continue to raise this child(ren).

Seniors Farmers Market Nutrition: Provides low income seniors with state vouchers to purchase locally grown fresh fruits, vegetables and cut herbs from local produce vendors during the months of June through September of each year.
